In a move that is raising eyebrows, and ruffling feathers, Mexican newspapers reported recently that three of Mexico's federal representatives have proposed a bill that would allow American, Canadian, and other non-Mexican citizens to buy and obtain full ownership of ocean front properties.
A bill that is specifically designed to make home buying much easier for non-Mexican foreigners. A proposal limited to purchasing homes and not commercial or agricultural business property.

The second annual Stand Up Paddle Board series will take place May 16-18 at Medano Beach. The event is being advertised as ''Paddle to the End'' in reference to Land's End Arch, which is the worldwide symbol of Los Cabos. There will be three different races, which have an entry fee cost of $50 US Dollars each or $100 USD for all three. The $100 USD price includes dinner at La Bahia Hotel, who is serving as event host.

Los Fundadores Beach Club will be hosting their Puerto Los Cabos Golf Club ''Chupacabra Open'' night golf tournament on Monday, April 22, 2013.
