Here With Your Family? Check Out Some Great Activities for Kids in Cabo

It's the BIG question: what is there for kids to do in Cabo? Kids activities in Cabo have grown dramatically in the last years due to the increasing number of families choosing to vacation in what used to be known as a playground of the rich and famous. There are now a huge range of kids activities to choose from in Los Cabos. Of course, there is the wonderful warm waters surrounding Los Cabos and in particular many families head straight to Medano Beach to chill out and swim in the marked safe areas. However, for youngsters who are not so keen on, or plain bored of swimming, there are a host of other kid focused activities in and around Cabo to choose from. Why not try an outback camel safari for something completely different? If transport of a more exciting kind is your kids bag then across the street from Costco, on the Sea of Cortez side of the four lane highway, is a go-kart center for the kids to enjoy, just like junior Dario Franchittis racing around an excitingly, safe asphalt course. Opening hours are from 12:00 -10:00 p.m. Children can also tour the natural history museum at Amelia Wilkes Plaza in San Jose Del Cabo, or ride horseback along the beach and nearby trails. Others can opt to have parents join them as they go soaring over desert arroyos on a thrilling zip-line tour. Highly trained bilingual guides help insure safety, while supervising a thrill-inducing, adrenaline pumping, fun adventure. Parents can even choose to make reservations and have their children be amazed, as up close and personal spectators, at the Vitrufusion Glass Blowing Factory; located behind the Office Depot around the corner from Walmart. Children watch local artisans transform the soft sands of San Lucas into colorful works of glass art, that they can take home, and sometimes make and blow for themselves.
