Travel in and around Los Cabos is very simple. There are a wide range
of taxi and shuttle services always available from most of the hotels
and tours and trips are easily organized, either as part of a group or
you can build your own personalized itinerary.
In addition, driving is generally safe and very easy
with all the major car hire companies having offices in and around the
cities and at the airport. You can rent a car and take a drive out of
Cabo San Lucas along the new highway all the way to La Paz stopping off
at Todos Santos or Cerritos for some lunch and/or a swim in the ocean.
For surfers and beach bums alike, Cerritos is hard to beat!
Or you could be more adventurous and drive out to the
East Cape, passing through the stunning desert scenery of cactus and
brush to find your very own deserted beach.
