In the last two decades (many would argue that it is really the last decade), Cabo San Lucas
has seen an unprecedented growth in development of resorts. The main
concentration of these are along what is called locally “The Corridor”
and bounds the road between the airport at San Jose Del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas town itself.
Whilst the majority of the newer resorts have been
developed and aimed at the more upscale end of the tourist market, there
are still a wide range of options available for travellers of all
tastes and budgets.

despite the more upscale nature of the resort. There are any hotels in
and around Cabo that have rooms available from between as low as $45 to
$80 and which provide clean, safe and friendly accommodation. In Cabo
itself there is the excellent Los Milagros
hotel which offers a tranquil oasis in the heart of Cabo for only $80
per night. Just around the corner is the well-known Mar De Cortez, one
of the oldest hotels in Cabo, which has rooms for as low as $45 and
boasts an excellent restaurant on site.
