While the news of impending Hurricanes heading towards Cabo has caused many locals to take precautionary measures in the past, like businesses boarding up their windows, and residents preparing for the downpour of rain that wreaks havoc in many impoverished neighborhoods with dirt roads, and downtown areas that flood due to lack of storm drains that don't exist in Los Cabos, there isn't any need to worry about Hurricane Ingrid or Tropical Storm Manuel.
