At a total cost of $100 million US dollars, the government of Mexico will construct the biggest solar energy ''park'' of Latin America in La Paz, Baja California. Hector Olea, president of Gauss Energy, the company who will build the facility, explained it will be allocated to the Federal Electricity Commission (CFE) in a contract agreement for the next 20 years.
