Scientists have found further evidence that dolphins call each other by "name", a Science Reporter, Rebecca Morelle, wrote on BBC news.
The research has discovered that these marine mammals use a unique whistle to identify each other. In Scottland, a team from the University of St Andrews found that when dolphins hear their own “name” played back to them, they respond.
