The 33rd edition of the Bisbee's Black & Blue Marlin Tournament has come and gone. This tournament is always the most anticipated sportfishing event of the year because so much prize money is handed out and because it draws the world's best talent. This year did nothing to disappoint. Teams came from all over the world, including five teams from Japan, two of which finished in the money. This year also saw the first sailboat in Black & Blue history, and they took home money in the release division. There were five qualifying marlin caught and lots of last minute drama....

Some of the major highlights of the 2013 Los Cabos 13th Annual Offshore Tournament, were the overall purse of $621, 350 US Dollars, a 201 pound tuna that was caught Sunday, October 20th, and 90 teams which competed from all over the world in what is known as Cabo's youngest tournament.

The Los Cabos Billfish Tournament, and its winning purse of $750,000, will take place October 15-19, 2013 in San Lucas. What differentiates this sport fishing tournament, celebrating its 15th year, from the other major angler competitions in this area, is the scoring.
