What's It Like in Cabo during Easter?

Semana Santa is an excellent time to travel to Los Cabos. Mexicans love holy days and with a 70% catholic population, they expect these days with happiness. Locals stop their normal life of work. Housewives and students are happy that school is off. Semana Santa this year will be from April 13-20th. The churches in downtown are crowded mostly from Thursday to Sunday since it is a time of reflection for the soul, the last days of Christ’s life and Pascua (Easter Sunday), which is the celebration of Christ’s Resurrection.
