So far this year – between Jan and
March – tourism in Cabo has grown by a massive 17.4%.
The majority of visitors continue to be from the United
States. So it’s good to know that President Trumps comments have had no negative
effects
"The United States and
Mexico are sister nations, no matter who governs us. It is a great message to
the people who govern us, because more discrimination policies will not be able
to separate us, "said Baja California Sur Tourism Secretary Gerardo Ruiz.
“Americans are very welcome in
Cabo. And so is everyone else.”
Cabo will continue to strengthen
tourism ties to the US. New markets, new flight routes, and new hotels are all
in the pipeline.
And there couldn’t be a better
time to get down here. The weather is perfect. The Easter crowds have gone. And
there are plenty of good deals around.
