U.S. Consulate Los Cabos Opens

The U.S. Consulate General in Tijuana is pleased to announce the reopening of the Los Cabos Consular Agency on March 2nd, 2015. The Agency will offer routine and emergency services for American Citizens visiting or residing in Baja California Sur.

Document services will be available at new hours in the same location, starting on Monday, March 2nd:

•             Monday through Thursday, 9:00AM to 2:00PM, except U.S. and Mexican holidays.

•             The Agency will reopen at the same location: The Shoppes at Palmilla, in San Jose del Cabo.

Available services will include passports, Consular Reports of Birth Abroad, and notaries by appointment only.

The Agency is unable to provide any visa-related information or services.

The Consular Agency will perform notarial services and receive applications for U.S. passports and Consular Reports of Birth Abroad. To request an appointment for a document service, please write to appointmentsloscabos@state.gov with your name, the type of service you require and your preferred appointment date.
