This afternoon Secretary of Tourism for the state of Baja California Sur, Ruben Reachi, announced a new flight to Cabo San Lucas. Beginning on December 20, 2014 United Airlines will fly from Washington, D.C. to Los Cabos. The flight will remain in place until May 2, 2015.
"Without doubt this is a great achievement for the state government of Baja California Sur, Grupo Aeropuerto del Pacifico and the Los Cabos Association of Hotels and Timeshare Developers," said Secretary Reachi during a press conference. "Congratulations to BCS and Los Cabos! Let's try for even more," he added.
This will provide another much needed flight to Cabo during the winter/spring high season from an area that does not currently have many options.
