Timeshare in Playa Grande
As we reported earlier in the summer, timeshare tourism in
Cabo has been growing steadily between 4- 7% over the last three years. And it
looks like this year is set to continue the trend with 2000 new units to be
completely by 2018.
These units form part of new tourist developments that
are already underway. And Javier Olivarez, the director of the Association of Timeshares
(ASUDESTICO), says that 98% of these new timeshare units have already been sold
in advance. An encouraging sign.
Timeshares are hugely popular in Cabo. Also known as “Vacation
Ownerships” they give people the opportunity to stay in high class condominiums
in luxury resorts. They offer more privacy and slightly more amenities plus
all the services you would expect in a hotel. Timeshares are often a good
choice for families.
