The weeks of disruption are
beginning to take their toll on Cabo’s local economy. Intent on reducing risk
and avoiding accidents the local harbour master has kept restrictions in place
on small boats. Meaning local operators
cannot promote many of their usual sea activities.
So no fishing, no trips to el
Arcco, no lovers beach, no kayaking – most activities are simply on hold. And very frustrating for the happy holidaymakers who tend to ignore weather
warnings.
But safety remains paramount at Cabo for visitors and locals alike. It
is hoped winds will reduce over the next few days.
