Hurricane Raymond Possibly on its Way to Los Cabos

Raymond will be moving northward into an environment of even stronger shear, cooler waters and drier air, which will quickly waken the hurricane during the next few days. Raymond will likely become a remnant low in 2 or 3 days and dissipate by day 5, so no alerts of tropical storm or hurricane have been given out to the Baja region.
