Looks like a good year for the timeshare sector in Cabo.
Eduardo Flores Peña, President of the Sudcaliforniana
Association Timeshares (Asudesticos) said that tourism sector timeshares in
Cabo are approximately at 95% occupancy. And he believes things will be even
better next year.
Many high class hotels in Cabo offer a timeshare option,
which helps guarantee advance bookings. Flores
Peña suggests the opening of Hotel Gran Velas this month, will increase the
timeshare sector again by the end of 2016.
And with the addition of hotel timeshares from Villa
Group and Solas Los Cabos next year, he points out the growing strength of this
sector which is looking very healthy indeed.
So, if you are a Cabo aficionado, and fancy that
beautiful beachfront apartment, now is the time to look into it...
