As a holiday
destination we all know Cabo has something for everyone – fishing, golfing,
partying, shopping, eating, drinking - whatever you want. But it looks like Cabo is also hugely popular as
a place to live.
According to statistics
just released by National Institute of Migration - with 21 000 foreign residents - Cabo is the most popular town in BCS to actually live in.Out of this total number,
15 000 are temporary residents, and 6 000 are permanent residents. And
most own properties in Cabo.
As you might imagine, the
majority (over 90%) are retired US citizens. And apparently they come to Cabo for
several main reasons - the great weather, wonderful welcoming people, lots to do, and
the fact that they feel safe.
So, if you are
thinking of buying a second home, or are lucky enough to be approaching retirement
and want a fresh new start, why not consider coming to Cabo.
There are so many real estate options that it can be hard to know where to start. But a good place to begin is with Caboholics. They have loads of members who own real estate. Plus a couple of members who actually operate as real estate agents in Cabo.
