President Calderon Announces the Cancellation of Cabo Cortez Project in Cabo Pulmo

On Friday June 15th, Mexican President Felipe Calderon announced the cancellation of the much anticipated mega resort development project in Baja Californina aptly known as Cabo Cortez. In his adress, the President cited concerns that arose over the environmental impact the development would have on an area much treasured by the Republic of Mexico.
