Los Cabos Billfish winners
The weekend's fishing indicates that high season has most definitely
begun. And Cabo’s first two tournaments indicate an exciting start to the season.
The world famous Los Cabos Billfish ran for the eighteenth
year with a record 37 teams and 203 fishermen involved.
Congratulations to the lucky winners Team Pangalisa -who
go home with $84, 650 prize money; an invite to compete at the 2017 Offshore
World Championship in Costa Rica; and a bunch of fab fishing gear prizes.

The Bisbee Los Cabos Offshore tournament also took place
this weekend. This year 108 teams took part and a huge $773,000 of prize money was
given away.
First place went to Wild Hooker, a beautiful 62ft
Blackwell, with angler Rick Daab landing the win with a 450lbs black marlin. Second
place went to Go Naked, with a 391lbs blue marlin. Third place went to Nice
Ride, with a 366lbs blue marlin.

The two-day Bisbee Offshore Tournament always happens immediately before the
bigger Bisbee Black and Blue Tournament which kicks off tomorrow Tuesday 18
– 22 October. The tournament website provides full information on every aspect of the competition. Including details of live video scoring throughout
the 4 day event.
