4 tourists rescued from Playa del Amor in Cabo.

Date Published:

Successful save of 4 men  - two minors -  stranded on Cabo’s Lovers beach yesterday. While weather restricts some water activities today…

On Friday afternoon  4 American male tourists were rescued by Cabo’s local Navy Search and Rescue Team (ENSAR).

The men were stranded on Lovers Beach  -  two of them were minors, under 8 years of age.All were successfully rescued and found to be in good health.

But please, take care if you are on the beach. Pay attention to wind and weather warnings. And watch out for tide changes.

Today the harbour master has restricted certain activities on certain beaches due to weather conditions. Restricted activities include surfing and kayaking in Playa de Amor and Playa Pelicano. And swimming and snorkelling in Santa María y Chileno beaches. Please check if you are heading out in these areas.

There are lots of great activities to choose from in Cabo. And plenty of good activity providers. But it’s probably always a good idea to check out a few reviews on Trip Advisor first.
