August 4, 2013 Welcome August! The fishing has really started to pick up especially if you are looking to land that bucket list Marlin! We are fishing close by for the Marlin and Dorado, farther out if you are looking for Yellowfin Tuna. Monday was the final day for the Minvielles who fished 3 days, Joey finally catching over 50 Marlin, congrats Joey!! Him and wife Ashley finished their trip with a bang aboard the Marlin Queen catching 2 Dorado and releasing 5 Striped Marlin, making their 3 day total for Marlin, 17…Awesomeness… The Garafano crew also fished Monday and caught 4 Striped Marlin and 2 Sailfish, Wednesday they lost a Blue Marlin and caught 2 Dorado. Father and son team, Eric and Caleb Rypple, who were celebrating Calebs entry to high school with a fishing trip fishe for 3 days aboard our 28′ boats. They had an amazing time catching a total of 9 Striped Marlin, 9 Dorado and on the last day, a 300lb Blue Marlin. Congrats Caleb and good luck in HS!!...
